Thought this was pretty good on the Joe Rogan podcast. That no I have never listened to but this is often the criticism I see of it.

I do wish people who talked about political ideas would dedicate some time to actually studying them. The whole "classical liberal" orientation that seems popular today strikes me as a superficial disguise for something that at best is a kind of rebel without a cause orientation that is little more than adolescent hedonism that is quite unattractive in someone over fifty.

And don't even get me started on the "we're a republic not a democracy" bullshit.
