From his opening statement, the only thing specifically illegal I heard the president being accused of was the shenanigans with having his foundation pay off the fake bidder on the painting. The rest is unsavory and even immoral but not exactly illegal.

Havent watched anything today, but I thought his prepared opening statement pointed to the fraudulent valuations he would use to acquire financing and real estate tax rebates.

I'd have to see the form to form an opinion. Also believe it could be argued that N/A is not a response in the negative.


Definitely agree, and Katie Hill (D-CA) seems to make it seem like Cohen may have been right (no government contracts since they’re private foreign entities).
