Yeah, either they're former associates of his or they're people you can find significant dirt on. We're in a time where people are working off separate facts and there's no middle to be had.

Seems like the Trump Admin is stalling on issuing the executive order necessary to implement the 1.9% pay raise for Federal employees that was included in the FY19 budget legislation he signed into law.

Nothing surprises me at this point but this is really petty and passive aggressive.

He probably doesn't want to sign an executive order contradicting the one he issued to freeze employee pay last year. I don't think he is legally obligated to implement the 1.9% pay increase.
