But if she struggles at keeping staff maybe there's something not great going on.

I've worked for some weird bosses, but if they're also working hard I think most of the stuff in there is easier to justify.

Hey, new year, new drug prices. We have 2 prescriptions that went nuts. One is a +100 year old formulation that went from $15 to $110, and another is $297 for a 30 day supply. The second replaces a $60/month formulation that is no longer available. That is the negotiated pricing out of my pocket.
