My second choice is a Qatar company. I forget the name. Some of their moves coincided with moves from the Saudis and Kushner's actions. They are also involved with Rosnef.

CA is a British owned company, foreign company doesnt mean foreign govt owned company
but yes lots of bad foreign actors tied to Trump
