So the secret grand jury case happening at the moment is about a subpoena that some foreign company is trying to suppress. The appellate court upheld the lower court opinion that the company must comply. There's also some kind of building monetary penalty for noncompliance. The company is owned by a foreign government.

I'm going to guess right now that it's Rosneft. This will be the bribe to end all bribes.

The Donald crimes

1. Conspiracy to rig an election
2. Witness tampering times ten or so.
3. The so called charity stole money and used it for his own purposes.
4. Money laundering in the purchase of Donald property.
5. Paying off porn stars with election money
6. Being a really bad guy
7. Taking bribes
8. Constant communication with a foreign power for the purpose of stealing an election
9. Doing the bidding of a foreign nation for money, the Trump tower Moscow.
10. Not bad for being sleepy eyed. More later.

Bottom line, there is nothing off the table for the Donald including using his own children to committed crimes.

Big mistake this presidential thing.

I got to hear the whole SHS Show. It was something. My favorites were:

1. When asked if the WH was ready to walk back the talking points that Flynn was ambushed by FBI since he admitted it clearly to the judge a half dozen times, she answered NO. She clarified that they are committed to the theory that he was shaken down, and treated inappropriately.

2. When she said NOT NAFTA will pay for the wall and was challenged there would need to be a tax to recoup the $5B, she went all 'no new taxes' got flustered, started babbling, then someone called out 'anyone done that math on this'.

The press was feisty. Probably the month since they've seen her, then being pretty much being lectured with lies.

Rudy needs to GTFO. As someone who works in M&A, I would like to remind him that an LOI is a bit more than just tire-kicking; it is not "no big deal". An LOI, while admittedly mostly non-binding, is a significant milestone, which generally begins due diligence. DD is a shit ton of work and forces you to open your robe. You do not start due diligence unless you are very serious about pursuing the acquisition/project.

Just more evidence that, on a day to day basis, stock traders don't act rationally. People are looking for any reason to sell at the moment.

They have certainly been involved in many other criminal ventures like this one, but I don't think they are owned by a foreign government. Maybe I'm wrong about that.

Alfa Bank is my 3rd choice. I don't thing Cambridge is owned by a foreign government, so I don't think it's them. No need to seal off a whole floor of a courthouse for them.

My second choice is a Qatar company. I forget the name. Some of their moves coincided with moves from the Saudis and Kushner's actions. They are also involved with Rosnef.

The mission accomplished, we're out of here, we beat Isis, so long Syria is pretty amazing. The important 50% of those statements leaves Russia and Iran as the regional influencers. It also strands our allies the Kurdish fighters, perhaps to the delight of Recep Erdoga.

The hubbub is mostly centered around not only is failing a pretty basic value, but this was done without coordination and maybe even informing the Pentagon.

Oh, that defeated ISIS killed like 700 in Syria the other day.
