This Oh st wrestling thing is getting crazy. Looks like many men from across the university used to come into the locker room to watch the wrestlers shower. There are supposedly posts online about it. And sex acts may have been performed by some of them.

PSU had one guy and it was a national scandal.

3 big ten schools now. Crazy.

Well, little kids, you know. Some people get all up in arms about that.

I do believe though Deadspin, the correct term is The Cesspool of Deviancy, not "a" cesspool.

it is worse with the kids involved, but this seems much more of a systemic problem than what happened with sandusky. It's starting to look like it was the goto place for pervs at the university and tons of people knew about it and did nothing. Actually, it sounds like the head coach did try, but he was ignored by the univeristy

Cohen is now being represented by Clinton lawyer and PR operator Lanny Davis. Great, that should provide plenty of fuel for the Trump apologists to say this is all just a clinton plot against Trump. I don't think this guy was chosen by cohen by accident. He's still loyal to Trump and his russian mafia friends

one question is where Trump and his friends will get all their babies aborted. I guess they can just fly their ladies to europe. 2nd class, of course.

He'd be my least favorite of the four. Seems likelier to be a law and order type like Alito, deferential to cops.

He's probably the most "moderate" of the four, and with McConnell pushing him you have to think there is some concern that Murkowski/Collins may throw a wrench in the process. I don't have faith that they'll actually vote to deny an appointment, but stranger things have happened.

If Dems see Collins/Murkowski/Flake in the yes column then Donnelly/McCaskill/Manchin/Jones can vote yes. If McCain isn't there and there's a no then they''ll do the same. I don't think they'll ever be a tipping point vote but we'll see.

Exactly. There is very little political risk to the red state Dems. You let Murkowski/Collins make the tough choice and then vote however you think best suits your political survival. If Murkowski/Collins votes no and a Democrat is the deciding vote to confirm a Justice I'll eat a nickel sized piece of shit.

It is interesting that Mitch is pushing him for sure.

The only story I saw with this was him telling Trump he thinks Hardiman and Kethledge would be easier to confirm than Kavanaugh and Barrett.

I'm not sure he's more moderate than the others, but he seems less steeped in some of the Federalist Society stuff. In some ways, if he's like Alito, his vote will be more predictable, so could see the appeal to someone like McConnell, but hopefully Trump does better!
