It's hilarious and disturbing at the same time. Just like Pence removing his water bottle from the table a few weeks ago.

Has there been a president in our history who has been so unabashedly bigoted?

Might've been difficult for him to write and blow the president at the same time.

Jackson. Andrew Johnson. Wilson.

To name a few. There were others. Probably many others.

I'd count owning slaves as pretty bigoted, and that's going to add a number to the list.

Massachusetts enters the modern world:
Gov. Charlie Baker on Thursday signed into law a bill that will reshape the state's workplaces.

The new law is the result of a so-called "grand bargain" that lawmakers reached last week in order to keep three ballot questions off of the November 2018 ballot. Those questions would have raised the minimum wage, instituted paid leave and also lowered the state sales tax.

cook moved fitzpatricks seat from toss up to lean r.

scott wallace is not a great candidate. in the piece they mention how he has lived in maryland and has a house in south africa ($$ and not from here!). which is basically what brian fitzpatrick was when he was hand picked to replace his brother. doesnt matter if he is on your team though.

PA AFL-CIO endorsed Fitzpatrick over Wallace for whatever stupid reason.

it's looking like the toughest seat to win as far as the Philly-area ones go. I'm going to guess Fitzpatrick wins but Ellis Wild wins in the Lehigh valley.

Fitzpatrick is so milquetoast. He voted against ACA repeal (because his vote was unneeded), the crappy Farm Bill, and voted for the Tax Bill (which doesn't seem to get much run here, even though the SALT deductions will suck for a part of the district).
Quick Google shows that GoGo is wrong with regards to the Kiwi and the Banana.

old, failed political strategy of trying to protect supposed moderates on both sides of the aisle; the goal should be gaining control of committees so your concerns are actually giving a real hearing/potential for legislation to be introduced and passed. that's my opinion, anyway.

I didn't pay much attention to the PA-01 primary but I assume the establishment was all over Wallace instead of Reddick.

Wallace has easy attack lines against but at least he seems like a philanthropic millionaire.
