People who wear perfume or cologne are the literal worst. If you're one of these monsters, stop it immediately

I agree with this and would add strongly scented lotions to this list. A woman that sits by me lathers up a few times a day and it's unbearable.

GIrl I used to date/be obsessed with wore a light perfume. Pretty sure if I smelled it on Roseanne Barr I would immediate fall in love. Don't think it's the perfume though...

Mental illness is a touchy thing. I spend a lot of time thinking about blame and responsibility when it comes to getting treatment for it and the consequences of undiagnosed/untreated mental illnesses. Trying to make a comparison to another disease/illness doesn't work so well whenever I try, eg: On one hand, if you have the flu and get other people sick you're an asshole. On the other hand there isn't massive social stigma around getting the flu or around taking care of yourself once you get it. You also do eventually get over the flu. I'm not going to wake up one day and not be bipolar. If I stopped taking my meds it's very likely I would hurt myself or others. As a for instance, the year before I finally went out and got help I had myself convinced I could drive my car into oncoming traffic on 76 and I would be fine because I was invincible. I had enough sense left in the tank left not to try it but I earnestly believed it.

So all the "we need to do something about mental illness!" articles get my hackles up just a bit. Could be paranoia or whatever but I don't think compassion and easy access to care is the first thing people have in mind. I think the first thought is passing legislation to, in albeit narrow circumstances, discriminate against anyone with a diagnosed mental illness.

its my fault and pretty funny. my stuff came out of the scanner, and i went through my bag for my wallet. nothing. i went to security. they were awesome, really helpful. one took me to the video bay and showed me what happened: guy in front of me had the same exact bag. i forgot my wallet was in my pocket and ran over to conveyor belt to put my wallet in my bag. put it in his instead. i looked in almost every terminal for him
