i thought i saw the cutest thing ever yesterday...

there was a quail family with about 6 chicks crossing the road in front of me. i come to a stop about 15 feet in front of them and mother quail worried about the chicks following as to not be eaten by some enormous alien, aka my car, goes back and rounds them up and hurries them across the road.

but then i just read and watched this...

considering i had a calvin wawa/turkey hill littering incident with someone at a stoplight with who i chose to confront this past weekend, people suck.

Although I posted it in the W/O Comment thread**, it is worth cross posting this: "Laurel or yanny? Charles Barkley heard 'doughnut'

** I managed to pull that back so that thread can get on to things that merit no comments whatsoever.

If Laurel to Yanny is 0-10 on that scale I can hear Laurel if I slide from the bottom to the top at about 0-9. If I start at the high end I can easily hear Yanny from about 6-10. So depending on my brain is primed I can hear different things from 6-9. My brain has broken.

My Mom Mom died last night. A month or so short of 98. She had a real good run.
