If an NHL team finishes a season 36-35-11, why is that considered a "winning record" when they basically went 36-46?

Playing a Pathfinder campaign. One of my friends is constantly trying to spy on a gay couple and watch them doing the sex. This puts the DM, who is gay, in a very weird spot.

It's weird and uncomfortable and I'm dreading confronting him about it since his life is real shitty and we're all very awkward people with only a handful of close friends/people we socialize with.

Why do you count all ties as losses?

There are no longer ties. It’s a 5 min 3v3 overtime and then a shootout until someone wins. The 11 is shootout/overtime losses and yet they are worth a point.

I guess because they got more than half of the potential points available. 83 out of 164.

Have you talked to your DM about it?

I mean I think ultimately the DM is going to have to put his foot down if it keeps getting weirder. The one NPC involved is a major plot character so it's not like we can even avoid interacting with him.

Why is this guy doing that? Does he think he's being funny or is it like a passive aggressive anti gay thing, or is he curious?

I keep thinking there's a BDSM thing going here, what with Dungeon Masters and voyeurism and all.

I have no idea honestly but my guess is it's more of a socially awkward thing rather than a discriminatory/homophobic/bigot thing. He's a super weird guy to begin with (hard to imagine right?) but his IRL situation has just gotten to be pretty rough that the weird shit is getting to be beyond the pale.

I am at home right now. I was squatting down looking through the fridge for something. I stood up and noticed that back of my pants was very wet. I thought I possibly brushed up against the door and wiped moisture off on myself. I sit back down on the couch, eat some food, and continue working. About 45 minutes late I feel as if my pants are getting wetter, not dryer. Turns out the water bottle in my book bag that was sitting on the couch next to me was leaking everywhere. I had been sitting in it for over an hour and had no idea.

Think I will just go back to bed and try again tomorrow.
