I will tell you that I do not live in PA and spent ten minutes reading through his website tonight to familiarize myself with his position on education; those ten minute would never lead me to equate this jellyfish to a moderate. I used to abstain from votes on SB if I thought there was going to be even a whiff of controversy, let alone a $57,000 contribution to my campaign (and $250,000 of "dark" money going to work against my opponent). Just sayin'.

I guess that Toomy explains the 2016 PA vote a lot.
