Opened last Monday.

One side is casual pizza, the other side is coffee bar by day, full service restaurant by night.

I expect it's gonna be jammed with urban hipsters in a hurry.

I read this at first as there being a bar named Dario Saric, and now I'm disappointed.

Based on a report by Rich Pawlak, I got the "Corleone" pizza for takeout from Pizza-Grill.com near Trenton, which looks otherwise like an average-or-worse strip mall pizza joint. But it's legacy is Marcello's restaurant in Bordentown and this primitive pie was pretty good. It had an airy, bakery-style crust that reminded me of a Philly tomato pie.

Perhaps this has been discussed in another thread, but the relatively new series Ugly Delicous on Netflix features pizza in its first episode.

Celeb chef David Chang spends a lot of time in NYC, Naples, & Tokyo. Covers many great pies I've had like Lombardi's, Di Fara (cameo shot only), Lucali, Roberta's (cameo), Totonno's (cameo), Frank Pepe (New Haven). Pretty good philosophical discussion around "authentic" in concept.

Last days for Pizzeria Beddia

tl;dr he's not renewing his lease, is looking to open a larger, sit-down spot in Fishtown sometime in the near future.

at least the dude is honest...

We are closed a few Saturdays coming up. My sincere apologies. Pizzeria Beddia is also closing on March 31st and taking a breather before opening a larger pizzeria in Fishtown later this year. We all know it’s not going to be as good. I mean it’s not really that good now it’s just all hype. Anyway, I’m going to take a little break and regroup. It’s going to definitely be a different experience. Can’t wait to share it with you. Xoxo

One legend transitioning, another with a long-anticipated expansion: yesterday I snagged a tomato pie (Trenton style) from DeLorenzo's in their new Yardley location. It was superb - on par with Robbinsville. Neither place makes a pie quite as magical as the ones from the now-closed Trenton original location, but great stuff.

Is this descended from the Hamilton or Hudson shop?

I remember getting pies from both places multiple times when I worked in Trenton 10 years ago and now I can't even figure out the legacy of either restaurant today.
