Forgivable since the umpire wasn't really in position to see it (IIRC, the ump was on the shortstop side of the infield grass, in position to call a play at 2B). What isn't forgivable is the broadcasters not even mentioning it, considering how they harped about the Utley IF single yesterday.

When it comes to the broadcasters, par for the course, unfortunately.

one of the most incredible games i've ever seen.

3 runs scored in 7 1/2 innings. to have 5 runs scored in the last 1 1/2 innings.

Now that it's over, I can say that I think the Rockies on a whole are pretty likable. I've always liked Helton. Gonzalez, though he scared the crap out of me, is an exciting young player. Tulowitski is an amazing fielder who breaks bats and has a mullet, so that's always fun.

Now the Dodgers, these guys are a bunch of roosters.
