I wouldn't do it, but then again I wouldn't take Happ out of the rotation to spare Moyer's feelings. From a Phillies perspective, Halladay probably more than equals Lee plus Happ-the-reliever.
Is this a good idea? Would Toronto accept it? (They get some cost savings, plus Happ, and could still trade Lee this winter or next season.)

I don't think they could get rid of Wells's contract if they had Scarlett Johansson's virginity to package with it.
