I think due to a number of factors it will ultimately come down to either the Phillies or Angels with the Phillies landing him.

So if Pedro's deal is pro-rated it will end up at $2 mil... then we will still be able to add Halladay at $7 mill? The Philadelphia Phillies near $140 million payroll? wha?

I was thinking that ticket prices are going up next year. They're selling out so often, and we have one of the cheapest average ticket price in the league.
