Realmuto is currently back in Philly being seen by doc. Kapler said there is no long-term concerns. #Phillies

14 San Francisco 76-82 (any Giants loss or Phils win eliminates the Phils from #14)
15 PHILLIES 79-79 (any Phils loss or AZ/CHC/NYM win locks the Phils into 14/15)
16 Arizona 82-77
17 Chicago Cubs 82-74
18 NY Mets 83-75

Also the Phils have an elimination number of 1 to clinch 4th place
