If they are starting with the Ws, the assumption is that they are heading toward the As, which means V is next.

Well I mean you can view it as going from W-V or W-X depending on what order you go. Not even sure if they have anyone on the team with last names of X, Y or Z.

Weal to Weise though would lead you to believe W-V.
