I think we clinched no worse than 13. Can clinch 12 if coyotes get a point tonight.

Vancouver lost in regulation, so we can't catch #9

Still have a great shot at #10 though

The lottery is actually Tuesday night so we don't have to wait forever like the NBA.

“To the Flyers’ credit, that wasn’t a bad loss.” - Charlie O Connor, for like the umpteenth time this season

Scott Laughton, whose role increased under Gordon, felt the same way.
“He integrated the systems slowly, and I think that’s the best way to do it,” said Laughton, whose team used an effective 1-3-1 neutral-zone forecheck to frustrate opponents during a two-month run of excellence. “

Maybe someone can explain to me the systems of the previous flyers coaches. I've been watching hockey for 30 years and I don't think that the x's and o's have ever been explained in a way by the local broadcasters that the casual fan would understand
I would rather see you lose than win myself

Dump and chase!

+1 I get dump and chase, and neutral zone trap, but lots of the other stuff in the X's and O's is lost in the speed and improvisation of an actual game to me.

Would guess it’s the other way around.

He would’ve been fine but it’s not the end of the world. One of his big things was sitting young guys for crappy vets. I’ve seen enough of that.
