-- Mackanin is one of the names being considered for bench coach since they want someone that has managed recently. Jim Riggleman (favorite), Fredi Gonzalez, Bryan Price and John Russell are also being considered

-- BVW says Tebow will likely start at AAA Syracuse but they won't rule out putting him on the major club on Opening Day

hear at least half-dozen teams are believed to be real players for Noah Syndergaard. mets are seriously considering deals for him if they could fill multiple holes with real impact. will be one of the big winter meetings storylines.

This has to be the worst trade in franchise history if it goes down as reported , the mariners were desperately looking to dump cano and we end up giving up two of our best prospects and McNeil for a fucking closer and an old player coming off a PED
