Well....the prior signing is illegal. Once he moved to the US he became subject to the draft.

In a family size bucket... seriously I was there two weeks ago passing through and craved Long Johns and saw that... should have taken a pic... I went inside and waited like 20 minutes for the crack staff to get me my food with no one else in line
