I voted no, but mostly because I just don't want arod to be a phillies, I just find him to be very hateable. If the trade went down, I wouldn't be heart broken or anything, but I would not look forward to watching arod sulk around the infield for the next few years.

Come on now. You need to look at 1B/3B as a combined package. It doesn't matter if Howard has a higher ISO than ARod if Kevin Frandsen or Galvis is playing 3B.

I agree, but the other side of that coin is a major question mark at 1B in Ruf. Or Utley at 1B and Galvis/Frandsen at 2B.
