If just Shawn Kemp's children bought his jersey, he would outsell Detlef Schrempf.

I wonder how much Parks and Rec has to do with Detlef's jersey sales.
Quick Google shows that GoGo is wrong with regards to the Kiwi and the Banana.

Bill Simmons on Twitter- The Celtics aren't trading the 3rd pick for Okafor. That would be idiotic right now - Philly has a big man logjam and zero trade leverage.

I love the games this guy plays on social media. His Celtics have reportedly struck out on getting an established star with the #3 pick (shocker that the Bulls didn't rush to hand deliver Jimmy Butler for that less than ideal pick) and now he is going to dictate what trade leverage the Sixers have. How the heck does he know? Why couldn't the Suns or the Pelicans have a possible interest in dealing their lottery picks for Okafor? Must be nice to have such a media presence that you can actually try and lower perceived values of your hated rivals assets.

Woj was on the Doug Gottlieb Show and mentioned that the Sixers have huge interest to get into the top 10 to either pick a guard like Dunn OR to get a pick to put together a bigger package for another team

To get another desired player, the Sixers are widely known to be shopping players, primarily centers Jahlil Okafor and Nerlens Noel, to teams around the league. They are also dangling the No. 24 and No. 26 picks they own to move up.

"We are probably having active dialogue with five, six, seven teams," Colangelo said. "Periphery, probably another 10 [teams]."

"We are not going to make a bad deal," Colangelo said. "So we are going to do everything we can to make the right choice if we move one [of the centers]."

It's a very exciting time to be a Sixers fan. So can we give this "Colangelo is an idiot who's going to ruin everything" narrative a pass for just a little while? It's getting really, really tedious. Can we at least try to enjoy the next couple of days? If and when Colangelo screws the pooch there will be plenty of time to eviscerate him.

Brown on Simmons workout: "The most important thing there was a spirit to him. The weight of all this stuff was slowly being lifted."

Brian Seltzer ‏@brianseltzer 52s53 seconds ago
Brett Brown on Joel Embiid: "There has to be a realization of expectations; we haven't seen him play." Sees joy in Embiid right now.

Brown sounds like a former hostage that's seeing daylight for the first time in years.
