Based on? It's a 50/50 national seat that Clinton should win, and a total must win for the Dems if they ever want to take the House back. From what reporting I've seen it seems like Republicans are more confident than the Democrats though.

NPR has talked about it a few times over the past week. Seemed to be that Fitzpatrick was the favorite to replace his brother but Santarsiero has made it close. Just going off what they are saying. And M. Fitz destroyed in 2014. So Santarsiero had that going against him.

That's the Army Corps of Engineers, I believe.

Trump will win Arkansas, but around here, I see very few Trump signs. It's definitely more of an anti-Hillary thing than a pro-Trump thing. Though one of the nastiest people I know has about 4 Trump signs in her yard.
