Ok sure. Still think there will be down ballot trouble for the GOP

Ah, I see.

I try to deal in the world of the possible. :)

I was just saying that we could do it if we wanted to. I'm not naive enough to think it will actually happen, particularly under Hillary. She's pretty much a known at this point.

Would it be safe to assume that Toomey had no chance if Hillary really has a 9 point lead?

Per current drumpf ads, the assertion that a 2-term US Senator & Secretary of State is utterly incompetent at every single thing an adult might do.

Feels like that kind of idiotic crap can only be put over on the hardest of hardcore assholes drumpf is dryhumping as his closing act

Why is it I imagine the typical Breitbart "voter" is either too methed up or too redbulled up to find a polling place or fill out a ballot if they manage to

One of the several things that annoy me about those shitsforbrains is they are much more bark than bite - like drumpf, but younger, uglier, and less dangerous

In my limited experience working with elected officials, their appearances open to the public almost always attract one or two people who ... well, they would benefit from some competent behavioral counseling and prudently prescribed medications. Even if you've prepped to deal with this brand of constituent, it rarely goes smoothly.

Often they're more subtle than this woman. I remember a particularly cringeworthy town-hall style session with Chris Dodd. The person in that instance was sneaky crazy, & wound up co-opting a good share of the Senator's time working through their ...worldview....

Oh yeah, it's gonna be awful, no doubt. Just don't think that's a great indicator of it.

Ben Howe just said on MSNBC to get ready for Trump TV after the election with Roger Ailes, Steve Bannon, Alex Jones involved. I'm hearing more and more people in the industry say this lately.

So this whole thing was just another Trump con and his supporters are all in.

In the 5 polls released in the past week+ Toomey has run 3, 12, 10, 8 and 8 points ahead of Trump.
