Honestly I can't remember. If my boss hadn't been in the car, I probably would've taken a pic.

And still no one will care

the Dems really need to think seriously about finding someone who can speak these people's language. I still think Trump loses, but he's running on a major ticket because a huge chunk of the American populace have no faith in the US government, think they're victims of vast conspiracies and in most of their cases (about half of them) they're stupid idiots.

he'll lose, but there has to be some attempt to talk to these people as humans, otherwise we may be looking at the GOP nominating Alex Jones in 2020.

Figure there are four outcomes at this point that let's say have roughly equal chances of happening:

1) Hillary wins in a blowout (2008+)
2) Hillary wins comfortably (2012)
3) Hillary wins narrowly (2004)
4) Trump wins in some fashion

I wonder in which of the three loss scenarios Trump is most likely to give a concession speech. Certainly not 3. He would make the bitchassedness of Kerry not conceding Election Night 2004 and waiting till the next day look like the height of diplomacy. In some ways I think he's more likely to admit he loses if the race is closeish but not actually close. If he gets blown out, I've got no idea how he'd react, but putting himself out there to bask in all the losing seems unlikely.

I think I'm with pacino. It's hard to envision him giving a concession speech.

He won't concede. He'll claim it was rigged and sue over the results. I guarantee he tries to hold up the results in the courts. I just want to see the NY Daily News Cover with his ugly orange mug on it with the giant headline LOSER

In my more optimistic moments, I have trouble believing that the country that nominated Obama as the first black president just 8 years ago, a country that still likes him and the job he's doing, would somehow vote for the xenophobic monstrosity being run out there by the GOP.

Waiting for Woody to jump in with some trenchant observations sparked by his reading of Sapiens. Because I'm wondering if he's thinking what I've been thinking

she doesn't deserve all of the blame, but I think we should acknowledge she's not that good at running for President.

i get you FAM, but they seem to be taking a much different course of whipping up the base, young people, etc now. This past weekend and all the videos they've been putting out and ads they've put up have been pretty good stuff. She is trying to boost her numbers now, not just coast on Trump screwing up.

Why? Because it said something intelligent?
