I'm thinking that they're just expanding the brew cafe. The license is for the space right next door.

Would be awesome if they could expand inside and take that open gravel lot nextdoor and convert it to an outdoor area.

So far the Eagles have been unable willing to at least make a good will jester - Garry Cobb, Professional Sportswriter
