crushed my health screening today. probably the best numbers i've ever had(except BMI).

yeah. i use my scale at home to determine my fat/muscle. it might not be the most accurate but its really consistent.

My infant son and I each had (false alarm) health scares this summer, my father in law's cancer spread, and now today my dad was rushed into surgery.

Should probably bubble wrap my other son
