and he's a classic case of a rich guy cheating the system in a way that he would hate if it was a poor black guy doing it, using public funding and tax loopholes for something that doesn't benefit the public in any real way.

I may be mistaken but as an example of practical difficulties, a 3rd party candidate would have about 2 weeks to get on ballots in Texas.
