No. She never said Sanders wasn't qualified. She just questioned his truthfulness, preparedness, and his loyalty to Democratic party principles.

It's a primary. They're fighting with kids gloves on compared to 08.

But I agree in that I don't really get what Bernie is doing at this point. If he wants to win, he really has to start hitting Hillary where it hurts (her trustworthiness, the emails etc). If he still just wants to get his message out there, then he shouldn't be taking these random shots at Hillary at all and focusing on the millionaires and billionaires and $27 and all that jazz. Right now he's just stuck in this in between zone where he's not going to make up the delegate count and is just hurting Hillary in November.
Two days later I get a text back that says I'm a basketball player and a businessman, not a Thundercat.

Clinton never actually said Bernie wasn't qualified to be president. If you watch the Morning Joe clip she never says it. She said his answers raise questions. That's a fairly dull attack not exactly meriting the level of attack Sanders fired back.

It was pretty clear Bernie knew nothing about Philly. He basically admitted it in that Q and A thing I went to. I did like that he is clearly thoughtful in his answers, despite there obviously being campaign talk in every one, and cares about what he talks about.

On Tuesday, Bernie Sanders' campaign manager Jeff Weaver was asked about the Democratic primary heating up and competition with Hillary Clinton.

He told CNN's Jake Tapper, "this is what I would say to them, which is, you know, don't destroy the Democratic party to satisfy the secretary's ambitions to become president of the United States. Right, you want to have a party at the end of this we can unify."
