I think it's fair to say that Trump winning the nomination is a worst case scenario worth pursuing alternatives for.

Given their default sanctimony about morals, I'm kind of surprised Rs wouldn't have slipped some kind of suitably vague yet potentially helpful morals clause into whatever officialese they use to document delegate pledges. Something that would give those delegates an out if in their estimation the candidate to whom they're pledged is a mortally embarrassing shitweasel. Call it the drumpf condicil.
Yes, but in a double utley you can put your utley on top they other guy's utley, and you're the winner. (Swish)

this isn't pursuing alternatives, this is directly aligning yourself with the most hated man in Washington DC who is just about as misogynistic and xenophobic as Trump. someone who caused "destruction of the Republican party's ability to influence policy". congrats on clinging to that guy. if these are the faces of your party, get a new party.

God, you're like the inverse of me 8 years ago, which culminated in a vote for Chuck Baldwin. I must have been insufferable.

PS. The odds of me voting for Gary Johnson are at a 2016 high.

Kinda funny....I sat at the table next to Boehner last night for dinner at the Stanford Park Hotel in Palo Alto. He also has played Philly Cricket a few times when I've been there. Caddies say he is an awesome guy. Tips well.
I know what you're asking yourself and the answer is yes. I have a nick name for my penis. Its called the Octagon, but I also nick named my testes - my left one is James Westfall and my right one is Doctor Kenneth Noisewater.

Werthless wrote:You seriously don't remember jerseyhoya's immense frustration with Cruz and the freedom caucus' destruction of the Republican party's ability to influence policy? Not sure if serious... That was a recurring theme only for the entirety of the board's existance. jerseyhoya defended Boehner before it was cool to do so... docsmooth might even question his past posts complaining about the orange man, given the the alternatives today.

It is difficult to imagine someone reading this thread regularly and thinking this is a new criticism of mine or that I'm just getting angry about it now.

there's an article out there now (which I refuse to link) with a headline of something like "new appreciation for trump after you learn of his hidden struggles". People are actually sharing this. It's about his two DIVORCES. FFS

just when you thought people couldn't get any dumber

In your opinion Trump is ruining your team(of which he is clearly not a part of in any way other than name).

Also Hillary is a known, stable politician who will continue to be friendly to businesses and support quasi - hawkish foreign policy. Trump might destroy America.

should we wait until he's either not nominated at all, or humiliatingly defeated in an actual election, to begin proceedings to have drumpf deported to downtown Aleppo?
