As a voter, the thing with Carson that's concerning is not so much that these are "lies", but examples of delusions he has, and on which he bases decisions. I mean, he's not trying to con anyone with this stuff.

This is how he actually conceives of his life and place in the universe. He is totally. fucking. nuts. I wouldn't let him near me nor any loved one with a toy balloon, let alone a scalpel.

Yes, but in his defense, his face had not been to prison.

There are no scholarships to West Point. All cadets pay no tuition, no book fees, free housing, free food.

They also get paid. I think they don't get the actual dough until they graduate. Back in my time, the new West Point Lieutenants would buy them a new Corvette.

Getting in to West Point is a long process with a lot of steps. It is considered one of the most difficult schools to get in to.

Split ticket voting isn't as unusual as people think it is. Happens often when weighing local results vs state wide election results.
