I think the problem with libertarian thought is present in this contradiction - that it can simultaneously suggest an unlimited space for individual action, and the permanent primacy of the state.

She's probably had good legal counsel from the very beginning. She isn't doing this alone, I'd bet.

Not sure if you're serious, but her lawyer is some religious nut who is lying to her about her "legal defense".

I don't know anything about her legal counsel, really. I was just guessing she had some kind of counsel because I doubt she would have known to stop denying them to everyone. I also figured there are no shortage of nuts who would be willing to pay for our give her free legal counsel. It doesn't surprise me her advice is uneven.
“Does that mean that if you’re Christian, don’t apply here; if you’re a Jew, you gotta get — what happened in Nazi Germany, what happened there first, they removed the Jews from government public employment, then they stopped patronizing them in their private businesses, then they continued to stigmatize them, then they were the ‘problems,’ then they killed them,” Staver said. “The fact of the matter is, she has a right to this employment and you don’t lose your constitutional liberties just because you are employed by the government.”

Someday we may get a large group of voters who understand the Constitution and stuff. And maybe then we can take back our localities, states and federal government.
Not holding my breath though.

Absolutely none. Her legal council is arguing using a Bible while the rest of the legal system is interpreting the Constitution and US Law.
