i just had the post office not accept something i need to ship becuase i didnt use one of their boxes for priority mail. i never ran into this issue before; wtf am I supposed to be using for shipping something small like 5 comics???? Im not spending $11, I was already spending more than I wanted to ship it ($6).

they said no media mail, comics specifically not allowed because they contain ads. they wanted me to purchase $12 shipping option, so I left without doing anything.

ya, I bought priority mail online as recently as 3 weeks ago, and they ask if it's a USPS box or "your packaging". And then they'll ask you for dimensions and VIOLA, sell you a label. Some post offices (I know Blue Bell is one) have automated kiosks that print labels the same way. I really think that person didn't know what they were talking about.
