Haha, looking over the sample ballot, there's an "NSA Did 9/11" candidate. Jesus christ.

In that candidate's defense, he was able to get his personal statement on the back of the ballot, which is better than Buono could manage.

I am a whistleblower on the National Security Agency. I was in a meeting in March of 2001 in DC, with a family member who was top highest clearance in the NSA. This NSA agent was helping Ramsi Yousef in March of 2001 (Ramsi Yousef was responsible for the 1993 bombing at the World Trade Center) call his uncle Khalid Sheikh Mohammed ( considered the mastermind of the 911 attacks), from the NSA secret prison in Alexandria, Virginia. Ramsi Yousef was supposed to be serving a life sentence in Florence, Colorado, but the NSA had him moved to Virginia to help the NSA arrange the 911 attacks. This NSA agent was providing phone cards and other help to Ramsi Yousef to call the 911 hijackers, and help arrange the 911 attacks. This NSA agent was talking about flying 12 planes into buildings on the same day. I never heard the dates or names of the buildings. But on September 10, 2001, I was told to go to a new office in the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001. I was yelled at by 4 supervisors not to be late. I was late. It was my first day at the WTC. The NSA knew that after , that I would know they arranged the attack, and the NSA wanted me dead! Since then, I have had numerous assassination attempts, including 8 car bombs. By creating a culture of fear the NSA has passed the Patriot Act. Now every phone call, email, TV, and computer is being used to spy on everyone. Everyone is being watched all the time by the NSA. Our Civil liberties, Constitution, and Democracy are gone. The NSA is so scared of my story, and the truth being told that tens of thousands I have campaigned to have been threatened with death if they vote for me, donate money, or tell anyone my story after they got my campaign literature. I now have over 300+ people on DVD saying they were threatened and given $20,000 from the NSA to keep quiet. I have over 40+ affidavits from people saying the same thing. I have over 20+ U.S. Army servicemen in uniform on DVD saying they were threatened with death by the NSA if they told anyone. I even have Al Gore confirming the NSA did the 911 attacks using a NSA secret code. I have been on the ballot in the past for President(2008,2012), U.S. Senate, Congress,Governor of NJ(16,000+ votes), and state Senate. The NSA blocks my story from being told in the media. My telephone calls, and website are being blocked or altered by the NSA. I have filed 25 complaints at the FBI and U.S. Attorney's office with no response. The NSA agents in these agencies block my complaints.

Things I'll do as Governor: $14.00 minimum wage; Legalize Marijuana; no killing at the animal shelters; Free internet college-all degrees; Meadowlands casino. I support the Unions. Vote for Jeff Boss and take back America. www.JeffbossforNJgovernor.com or www.Bossforsenate.com

OMFG

That is awesome. I love the total lack of transition from his NSA planned 9/11 to his campaign platform. Meadowlands Casino!

His NAME is Boss. He's in New Jersey.

The local mayor I think is a Dem, but I guess he's backing Christie. He was also friendly with Diane Allen, whom he introduced stressing the virtues of bipartisanship. Allen gets up there and exhorted the crowd to vote the line and get everyone they know to do so as well. I was amused.

At the Christie thing today, there was a boisterous black woman waiting to meet him, and she was standing right across from me. Before the bus pulled up, she was telling everyone how she was going to try to kiss him. After he arrived, when he was getting close she shouted to him, "I want a hug!" and without missing a beat he goes "I want to give you a hug!" and he bounced over to her and gave her a big bear hug. Flipping through the album on Facebook, I saw the moment was immortalized. I was standing just to the left of the fella with the red turban thing.

If Christie runs for President, expect to see this picture again along with the charge that Christie is a Muslim.

I was only the 44th person who voted in my precinct this morning at like 8:30 when I got to the polls. Having never voted before 3 PM at this location, I'm not sure how that compares to past elections, but I would have guessed more people voted before work. Or maybe there is low turnout in GOP strongholds. BUONOMENTUM.

I actually might not vote today. There isn't one candidate for citywide office I feel even ok about, none of the races are remotely competitive, the technology evidently is screwy again, and none of the ballot initiatives are compelling.

The closest to an interesting race is Brooklyn DA, where the 25 year incumbent lost in the D primary and got on the R line. He coddled the Orthodox, covering up molestation cases, and did some other scummy stuff. His opponent repped the woman whom Dominique Strauss-Kahn raped, and fucked that up, and supposedly is backed by the uber scumbag Bkln political boss whom the incumbent busted in the clear highlight of his career. The lesser of two evils is 1) unclear and 2) still totally evil.

I voted (early, on Friday) against the issuance of $217 million in bonds to (likely) preserve the Astrodome and make it a convention center. With that said, it seems that it will probably pass, which means more Phillies fans will be able to see the building where we overcame a 5-2 deficit in the 8th inning against Nolan Ryan to win the 1980 NLCS. Gotta love Houstonians preserving the memories of Phillies (and Mets) fans!
