Looks like Christie's two friends have lawyered up and they have been given an additional two days to comply with the subpoena.

They seem to be sticking to their story of a traffic study that nobody knew about and for which there is no documentation. I have to think they're lying. The only question, at least in my opinion, is how much Christie knew. I doubt he knew about it, but it says something about him that his closest friends are doing this type of thing on his behalf. Or maybe they're lawyering up so they can explain how they got their jobs because that seems to be a bit shady too

The administration last week turned over its massive, raw enrollment data files from the website to all 300 participating insurance companies, Bataille said. The insurers can now see who selected their plans online and reconcile that list with the formal enrollment records generated by the system.

They pretty much had to, but as a data analytics person, it sure would be nice to have the enrollment information on my competitors. I'm wondering if we'll see much more uniform pricing next year, as companies can now see how the relative prices have affected enrollment in different plans.
