in all honesty, this flu season is kinda phenomenal. way earlier than usual and pretty much every city in the us right now has an extremely high rate. maybe the flu virus is finally starting to mutate a bit. or maybe i'm just making shit up because i'm half delusional.

I hope it gives me super powers. Namely, being able to last 10+ minutes.

The cold and flu shelves are practically empty at drugstore chains like Rite Aid and Duane Reade. I stopped by last night to get some Tylenol Extra Strength and they were out. WTF?

The alka seltzer cold and sinus (the actual stuff, not the pills) always makes me feel better. I worked up the strength to go to the store yesterday and they didn't have it. Was about to protest by laying down and passing out in the aisle.

I love TheraFlu so much I almost enjoy getting sick

Will give Alka Seltzer a spin thanks

I'm afraid I might've hurt the feelings of the guy I'm currently seeing. Ugh. :(

Tell him if you wanted to worry about feelings you'd date a woman.

Maybe I'm just being hard on myself. We had plans for dinner this weekend and he called me this morning to ask me if it was alright that his sister and her husband join us.

Well, I have a hang up about meeting the family of the guys I date. I generally avoid doing so as long as I can as I feel meeting the family is a big step. I've only been seeing this guy for a couple of months and I'm not sure I feel comfortable meeting his sister.

In any case, I was put in a difficult position so instead of playing games, I let him know that I didn't want to meet his sister and her husband. Of course then he asked me why and I really had no interest in explaining to him so I simply brushed him off.

I hope we're still doing dinner on Saturday.

Really. I always thought this would be one of the advantages of being gay.

Stewie: The breakfast thing. Yes. It wasn't even about the eggs, really. Frankly, I like the yolks. I don't... I have no problem... it's just there's always been a lot of tension between Lois and me. And it's not so much I want to "kill" her. It's just I want her not to be alive anymore. Uh... I sometimes wonder if all women are this difficult. And then I think to myself, "My God! Wouldn't it be marvelous if I turned out to be a homosexual?"
