Depends how you look at it. Done by % of GDP, the differences aren't as extreme.

I think that was a huge win for Romney, as big as he could have possibly expected.

I don't think it will make that much of a difference, but if Obama comes out just as weak in the next debates, that can change.

This is the battle of expectations. 29% of Americans expected Romney to win this debate. Romney simply making it to the podium and demonstrating that he can tie his shoes without saying something insulting would have been a win.

To me, the interesting thing was how much Romney was running away from some of his basic campaign themes. No tax cuts for the rich? Really? We need regulation?

Romney clearly won by pivoting very, very hard to the center tonight. This is the first time he's seemed like a moderate in about 8 years. Who is the real Mitt Romney?
