I actually don't know what they were referencing, but I'm guessing yes is the answer that will annoy you, so yes.

Mitt Romney wants to run the US. He can't say whether or not he was running the company that made his fortune for a 3 year period. He is too dumb?

Just because the company backs up Mitt's story, as do documents from the time period in question, and all of the media fact check organzations, doesn't mean docsmooth can't call it differently and decide Romney really doesn't know when he left and thus he is dumb.

I just don't see the point in picking out comments from each campaign. There is going to be an abundance of stupidity. We can pick it all out, but that sounds tiring.

Jerz, jerz, jerz - you know as well as I do that Mitt's not making his successful businessman story work for him. He's different from you, & me, and almost everyone who will cast a vote in November. He's not like us. He's rich, really rich, and sneaky about it. He says he wants us to be rich, too - but he won't tell us how he did it, how he still does it. His story is too complicated for us. Ownership - an important facet of capitalism, and of any economic system - is complicated. And the truth about what Mitt owned, when, and what his ownership meant, if anything, is too complicated for voters.

Hell, even his fellow rich liar Rush Limbaugh doesn't trust Mitt. He's so different.

Of course Romney's not dumb. He's smart. Crafty. Complicated.

I know a horse racer like you can appreciate the beauty of this thing.
Yes, but in a double utley you can put your utley on top they other guy's utley, and you're the winner. (Swish)

I don't think Romney's done anything illegal in his business or personal financial dealings; he's too smart and too meticulous. But what he's done is stretch the law as far as it will go to protect every dollar he can hold onto. Every rule, every structure, every loophole. I suspect a good chunk of voters will see something tacky about that--you can be Scrooge McDuck or Mr. Smith, but probably not both.

The current Vanity Fair article about Mitt's money is pretty damning in this regard.

Not only that, but from what I've heard/read/psychically divined, she doesn't want the gig.

Condi would be a terrible choice, even if she wanted the gig and were as pro-life as pro-life can be. People aren't sure if they like Barack Obama or not, but they're damn sure Bush and his team are to blame for all of this. Hell, it's part of Romeny's stump speech to concede that point.

The GOP might consider taking a turn to the left, at least in terms of policies that attract minority voters, after this election. Otherwise, look out (and this is from a right-leaning web site):
