maybe have a small book exchange at BSGV? I have tons I'd love to give away don't think I'd get enough on Amazon or eBay for it to be worth it. not that we'd all lug tons of books there but list them here and people just say if they want any

Ya, it's one block from Standard Tap...how bad could it be?

Gyroscope, or the Greek sandwich?

gyros rule

why do restaurants out west that call themselves 'original philly' or 'real philly steaks' always serve gyros too??? every western city i've been to has had these places.

I've been thinking about doing the same thing, just wasn't sure if it was worth the time/effort for what I'd get for them. I recently donated a bunch of books to goodwill, but I still have a couple of brown paper shopping bags full of Stephen King paperbacks, first editions of all John Grishams novels, up to the bleachers, and paperbacks of almost all of Michael Crichton's books. Thought I might be able to get something for those.

Most of them were listed for 1 cent. My only hope is to recoup a little from the shipping credit. I'm going to give it a month and see what happens.

My 457 is looking great but I fear the inevitable crash since we didn't fix crap.

At least my pension is vested, if it's there when I retire.
