Someone on MSNBC or CNN was suggesting that even if NOOT doesn't drop, the logic that he "should" drop and rising chorus urging him to do so will push down his numbers, to Santorum's advantage. Can't decide if that's actual logic or the usual Beltway self-overestimation.
