While we don't like to think that anyone in our department would do such a thing, it seems a good idea to make an appeal to the department regarding the theft of the wall clock in the mailroom on the fifth floor of Hickman. Someone swiped the department's clock and left an old clock that does not work. This is bizarre.
The old clock is still hanging in the mailroom. Please return the department's clock to its proper place as soon as possible. There will be no questions asked. Besides we are certain that whoever stole the clock can get in and out to replace it without anyone noticing.
