There's different spots with different rules. At the Franklin Institue I parked at a metered spot yesterday for free (Monday-Saturday monitoring) while just across the street there are meters which are monitored 7 days. I know where to look by now....

Well have you SEEN the stats comparing equipment-related automobile deaths in states with stringent inspection policies vs. those with no or lax policies?

Neither have I.

Your car is kinda newish though, right? I never had to get one while I was living in WA because my car was within five years old or something.

Oh and it's also worth noting that I drove around Issaquah with an expired North Carolina plate for about a year or so and never once was pulled over (that didn't happen until I drove around PA for a year or so with expired WA plates).
Another day, another box of stolen pens.

Turns out when a Sony Blu-Ray all-in-one home theater unit tells you it is "WiFi Ready," what it means is that if you purchase their proprietary USB wireless LAN adapater for $64, it will have wireless internet. And ONLY their proprietary adapter works.

Word to the wise.

Mine's 2002, so I'll have to get one. Yeah, I chanced it in ND for like 4 months before I gave in. We'll see what happens.

Dear people presumably smarter than me, is it permissible in a thesis paper to specifically focus on an article by one writer for a couple pages? Its a 12 page paper about Rehnquist.

There's no inspection here. There's just an emissions test every other year. You can renew registration on-line. Maybe even do initial registration too. Regardless, if you don't wait til the end of the month it's a piece of cake to do in person as well.

I would fall back on "If it doesn't feel right, it probably isn't." I mean, supposedly you're mustering support for one of your arguments. If you're only able to call on one of your sources to do that, it sounds thin. That wouldn't be a hard and fast rule, though, and it may be you just have to restructure a bit to build your case better.

Well I dunno. If your thesis is something like "While it is often stated that x is true, history has shown again and again that y is actually the major factor in this development" and this guy is like THE major, recognized proponent of x I could see giving him major airtime. But in that case two pages maybe even seems short. However, I'm flying blind here. I'll just go back to if you think there's a perhaps too long a gap without a variety of different sources used, you're probably right.

Good points, good points.

My only thing is I think I'm going to end up coming to the conclusion my thesis statement isn't true. I don't think that's a bad thing, necessarily, I just need to figure out the best way to format a paper like that.
