I was a big haha guy until a few years back when I started mixing in some lols. I think it was my senior year when my one friend kept saying "lolz" irl to be ironic and I ended up getting into that bad habit as well. Glad I don't do that anymore.

In other news, my apartment has been taken over by boxes.

Also also, girl was walking around Target with an "I <3 Weed" t-shirt. I mean a lot of people do, but a little modesty is nice.

I think Jive said something in regards to this recently, but I am now blurring the lines between irony and seriousness when it comes to the word "jawn."

It's a slippery slope and once you're at that point, you need to quit cold turkey.

I'm readin about the recording of Nevermind

Was at a bar in New Brunswick tonight for happy hour w/ other kids from my program. A DJ set up randomly and started playing music. It was pretty terrible. I left shortly thereafter.

Apparently after I left a woman who had been walking around the place a lot got up to speak about how the DJ was playing for her son's birthday and how he would have been 27 today if he hadn't died four and a half years ago. She then insisted that everyone at our table have birthday cake.

I'm glad I didn't yell at the DJ for playing terrible music like I was considering.

Who wants cake with beer anyway?

I dunno. Can't say I've ever tried it.

There were maybe 30 people total at the bar, and we were 7 of them. I don't know how many there were "celebrating" the birthday party.
