Does anyone know where to get those necklaces that a lot of the players wear? I think they would make exceptional rave attire.

I always go for the get some sleep and write in the morning route

I got up at 5:15 to write this morning, and I'm probably gonna read till about 1 and then get up at 7:30 to write a reaction paper before class

I need to start doing shit on the weekends because trying to do a week's worth of work from Mon afternoon-Thurs morning, especially when I keep stopping to watch baseball is really destroying any chance I get to sleep.

Seriously, I have to find this one post you had in the economics thread because it was simply amazing. The syntax was superb as always, but it was not only prophetic but open for interpretation as well. It was something where scholars will long be debating the meaning long after you have passed. I've read many an academic journal and actually contributed to a couple and I do hope to find this post and I want to you to give me in uneducated words the true meaning.

I was the exact opposite. I read late as possible in order to get things done. Maybe this is the main difference between ploysci and sci.

Same deal, I can't get up and write, I stay up and sleep when I'm done, I can hardly walk to class when I wake up, let alone write papers.

Well that sucked. He wanted the articles attached so I printed out 60 pages of journal. I'm not sure that's what he wanted, but whatever. I'm sure it's in there.

I backed out of the driveway, started going, next door neighbor's black cat was at the edge of its driveway. I honked so it could turn back around. It went across the street. I put it in reverse, went back into the driveway, and went out of the neighborhood the long way.

I'm not superstitious but I'm taking a Pascal's Wager type approach to its usefulness the next 48 hours.

Superstitious people think their actions may affect future unrelated events. Not that they will. Don't pretend to be above it when you're pulling irrational u-turns in your neighborhood.

you better hope you don't find yourself in a room with an IT guy then. "Big Data" is a somewhat technical term these days for scads and scads and scads of unstructured (i.e. not in a database) data. And "deep dive" is pretty handy and self-descriptive. Offer me an alternative and I'll take it into consideration...
