I was hoping it would take me about as long as it takes me to go through 60 pages in a book or textbook.

If they're anything like research papers(which I'm sure they are), it would probably take me 6 hours to read 2 30 pagers.

I don't really need to get that much information to write 2 and half pages per article. At least I don't think I do.

I remember doing precises (pronounced pray-see as I recall). I remember they were easy. What I don't remember is what the hell they were.

I bet you can find out by doing some PTK research on the google.

After completing graduate degrees in history, if you can read posts by ptk and dr. smooth, journal articles are pretty much cake.

Hugo Black or Robert Jackson (presided over Nuremburg trials). Unless it has to be current, then do Thomas because then you can just photocopy the one you did on Scalia.

So are all political science writers unnecessarily vague asshats with what the actual thesis of their articles are in the first third of it or am I just getting lucky here?

Read the abstract then the findings/discussion/conclusion whatever they call the last section, then read the article
