So basically you want to move in with your parents to save money on

1. Rent
2. Alcohol
3. Going out
4. Girlfriends

while adding

1. A long ass commute
2. Your parents

This sounds like a perfect recipe to be miserable, at least how I look at things. If you think you do a lot of drugs and alcohol now I can't imagine depression will help that much.

What are Housh's parents like though--would they be all up in his face about whatever he is doing or not doing? Would they expect him to be around most of the time, or at least know when he's to be expected home? What about food? Would mom cook for him, or at least not get worked up if he at all the leftover meatloaf after stumbling in at 3 am? Do mom and dad ever leave the house so he can blast music once in awhile?
