I mean, how often does the average person pick up a car battery? Even in Arkansas, where extreme heat and occasional cold days means the life of a battery is little beyond the warranty you're probably changing one every couple of years at most.

Batteries are made of lead. Do the math. Plus they have acid in them. It the sneaky kind of acid too. You get in on your clothes and nothing but a few days later your stuff is all disintegrating and stuff.

Car batteries suck.

I'm getting one of those Dr. Brown DeLoreans as soon as they start making them.

my car is leaking coolant so fast the only possible explanation is that the tank itself is leaking.

I've been driving with a low coolant light for months. the other day I put 36 ounces ish of coolant in it at my friends garage. didn't even keep the light off till i got home.

Every now and then the car will start to overheat and I blast the heater and it goes back down to the midline. My parents are supposed to be taking care of it for a birthday present. Afraid my car is going to die before then.

then again its never been in the red so its probably okay.

when there was that Back to the Future hoax last year and someone was all "Hey, this is the day they travel to in Back to the Future II" and everyone believed it and ran with it I was ashamed, because in my head I was sure it wasn't true but I saw it repeated so much that I didn't even check up on it, passed it along to other people, and then found out it was false.

Has the car overheated on you yet? Even if it hasn't, I would still take it to the mechanic. It could be anything from a hose, which wouldn't cost too much, to a crack in the coolant pipe or water pump, which would cost a lot.

Nope, I've never had to pull over or anything its always just sort of a random "oh shit blast the heater" real quick thing.

Hopefully its a hose.

I just got an email that said my first class tomorrow is getting out 45 minutes early because the professor has to attend a funeral.

Brain went: Nice, 45 minutes early! -> Awesome, definitely improves my chances of seeing Arsenal-Barca -> Oh, funeral, I'm an ass hole

On a cold sunny, not to windy day I have spent a fruitless 30 minutes trying to get a fire started using old magazines before using a firelighter. It will surprise no one to hear that the Economist is a really shit fire starter.

About as awesome as you would expect from 16 dudes spending 5 days in two mansions in Scottsdale.

If nothing else, my golf was consistent: 88, 89, 88, 89 (on some difficult courses).

I saw Aaron Rowand and AJ Pierzynski hanging out the bar of the place we were staying.

I need 3 days of detox and 83 consecutive hours of sleep.
I know what you're asking yourself and the answer is yes. I have a nick name for my penis. Its called the Octagon, but I also nick named my testes - my left one is James Westfall and my right one is Doctor Kenneth Noisewater.
