Ahhh, Manayunk. My beloved hometown, where my mom, sister, niece, and nephew still reside, and I visit every week. It sure has changed though. Her street- which growing up was 98% homeowner families- now has a good number of college house rentals. And yes, they are pretty much d-bags. But the remaining neighbors are still prett close-knit and watch out for one another. IMO, that is the key to living there- either endear yourselves to the old-timers or remain an outsider. I would think option #1 would be your best bet.

Where is the house? (PM me if you don't want to reveal it to the BSG masses who may stalk you if they find out).

feel like the Fugitive is no good for On Demand. half the joy of of the Fugitive is stumbling across it in your cable channels and joining in at a random point

Nah, somehow lost my bank card and one credit card, though my license and another credit card that live right next to it in my wallet are still there. Pretty sure they're either in my cat's secret lair or a pal's seat cushions, but had to put a hold on to be sure.

You make a compelling argument. I turned it off partway through in order to sleep.

the good news- they're finally fixing our roof at the office/warehouse

the bad news- they're really loud and it's hard to work

If you can't make it to the end of the book then perhaps Tantra is not for you.
