Dude, in spite of your best aversion efforts, the head shop will go up like kindling and likely burn to the ground even if the firefighters get there in time because, well, after a few minutes they just won't care.

i just watched Groundhog Day. i'm probably angrier now than i was at the beginning.

i got off work at 10. i went to a bar near work to watch the last 3-4 innings before going to a party my roommates were going to. the game was, well, you know, but the bar was cool so it could have been worse. so i go to this party and it's a good time for an hour or so. and then these two guys start causing trouble with some girls at the party, one being my roommate's girlfriend. so being the bouncer-type dude i used to be, i try to just peaceably get the one guy's friend to take him home. unfortunately, it seems this guy's friend has some sort of mental or social disorder (he clearly isn't as drunk as his friend) and outright refuses to get him out, saying "OR WHAT" when we request that they move along. seriously?

so i take off my glasses. i expect an upcoming physical confrontation. i welcome it. i'm fairly sure both gentlemen are far too intoxicated to actually hurt me, especially considering i likely have several other guys behind me who can step in if need be.

instead, this guy GRABS MY GLASSES and tries to run away (i guess? i don't know where he was gonna go). my roommate snatches the glasses away as i grab and rip the guy's shirt and that's that, he's out of the apartment, we close and lock the door on him and all is well for the time being. but the guys continue to stand outside the apartment for a while. they refuse to leave, but when they finally do, my one roommate and i leave. minutes later, my other roommate texts us to tell us they're back. so i call 911, sprinkle some fairy dust on the phone call, and the poilce TCB. everyone who needs to leave does so with the help of the polcie, and the end.

it'll take a lot of effort to fall asleep amidst the flurry of plans for what i could and would have done to that guy.

the cafeteria at sam's club is so underrated. just stopped over there for lunch. if i know i'll be too busy to grab dinner, i'll really load up.

32 oz. refillable soda
16 oz vanilla soft serve

total is a bit over 5 dollars. can't beat it. and everything is good too, especially the ice cream.
